FAQ

  • Need help signing up?
We are excited to be using a new tool called Sched for registration and site check in. If you are new to Sched here is a quick overview to get started: 1) First thing you want to do it (If you don't already have an account), is click the sign-up button! 2) You can sign up with Google, Apple or your email! In this example we will show how to sign up using your email! 3) Insert your name, email address and then create a password for your account! 4) Fill out some more boxes! 5) If you have any family members/friends that would also like to help volunteer, be sure to include them here so you don't have to make accounts for each person. 6) You are all signed up! 7) When registration is complete, you will NEED to select your school of choice. Please note there are limited spots for each school. Notice how there is a pin the Valley Serve 2024 Kickoff. This means everyone is required to be at the kickoff. You can hover/click that box for more information! To select the building you want to volunteer at, check the box to the corresponding school. In this example, the volunteer would be helping at Cedarcrest High School. 8) To view your personalized schedule, find the 'My Schedule' button. 9) Here is an example schedule!
